How do I add a new location to my payroll report?

Congratulations on opening a new location!

Initially, our software will only pull data from Mariana Tek from locations selected during the account creation process. Classes at all other locations will be ignored.

To add a new location to your account, have an account administrator visit Settings -> Locations within Bitlancer. From this screen, locations the administrator has access to can be added or removed.

When a location is added or removed, payroll or instructor data may need to be refreshed. If you’re not seeing the data you’d expect, click the blue Refresh button at the top of the relevant page.

As a reminder, our software is billed by location and adding/removing locations will automatically adjust future billing accordingly.
