Why was my member forgiven automatically?

Automatic forgiveness will only happen if you have it enabled on your account. Let’s take an example where you automatically forgive a customer’s first cancel in any 30 day period.

This can happen if:

  • A customer has had no late cancels or no shows within 30 days. Our software detects this, and will waive the penalty.

  • A customer had a late cancel or no show in the last 30 days, but it was forgiven manually - such as a staff member early canceling and/or signing the person in. Our software only considers a previous penalty forgiven if it was processed by our software.

  • A customer had a late cancel or no show in the last 30 days, but it wasn’t processed by our software. Our software only considers a previous penalty forgiven if it was processed by our software.
