I just signed up. What happens next?

Welcome to Bitlancer for Mariana Tek! We’re excited to work with you.

If you just signed up for Bitlancer, that means you should have:

  • Answered our brief sign up form relating to your studio details.

  • Stored your credit card information securely - don’t worry, you won’t be charged until your account is setup and any eligible trial period has elapsed.

  • Emailed the Mariana Tek integrations team to authorize use of Bitlancer on your Mariana Tek location(s).

If you don’t remember completing one of these steps, please contact Bitlancer Support and we’ll be happy to help!

Here’s what to expect next:

  • Once Mariana Tek confirms the integration, we’ll send you a link to login to our software and setup your Bitlancer account.

  • We recommend you run a test payroll report multiple days prior to your next payroll run to verify everything is configured as you expect.

The entire setup process typically takes one or two business days, but may take longer for more complicated setups.
