What is an action?

An action is any event our software takes on your behalf, which currently includes:

  • A late cancel, extra late cancel, or no show fee charged to a credit card or client account balance.

  • A client moved off the waitlist into a class due to a newly available spot while within the studio’s late cancel window.

Bitlancer plans start at 100 actions per month.
