Why hasn’t Waitlist Assistant filled an open spot in my class?

Our Waitlist Assistant service fills open spots from your waitlist once the late cancel window has begun.

In most cases we can detect an open spot and fill it almost instantaneously. In a limited number of cases it can take up to 5 minutes to determine a spot has become available and to move a client into the class from the waitlist. We estimate this happens in less than 10% of cases.

Our Waitlist Assistant service also honors your scheduling restriction settings. We will not move a client into class if a scheduling or visitation restriction is in place, for example if you’ve configured their pricing option to a max of 3 visits per week and they’ve already attended 3 classes.
